  • 2 Park Avenue: Building-wide replacement of all non-original windows; contrary to a window replacement master plan, which has no implementation time frame, the building owner’s intent is to replace all the windows, on an accelerated schedule, with energy efficient and sound attenuating new aluminum windows that allow for ease of maintenance and cleaning while maximizing the glazing area.
